<About shipping date>
After your order payment is complete,
We plan to ship within 3-4 days (excluding holidays).

*We do not ship on holidays.

<Regarding returns of defective products>

Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective.

<About refunds>
When we contact you to ship the product,
All payments and sales fees have been completed with BASE, the webshop operator.
Therefore, we cannot process cancellations of credit card payments.
The refund will be made by direct transfer to your account.
